Terms and Conditions

Artwork Submission - Artwork must be camera ready. If providing work on a hardcopy, please submit a clear, crisp copy. If submitting work on a CD or diskette, we require PC format. Acceptable formats are: .bmp, .tif, .gif, .jpg. Please provide sharp photo images, if they are being used. We own any logos or other artwork that is created for you. You may purchase this artwork for a fee for your exclusive use.

Turn Around - Large orders can be completed in a week and smaller orders can be completed in 2-3 business days.

Rush Orders - Can be completed in 2 days for an additional fee.

Delivery - Packages are shipped via USPS priority mail. Please allow 7-10 business days.

Refunds - There is a NO refund policy on all custom orders (we cannot resell custom ordered merchandise). All shirts are made to order and are considered custom orders. On certain circumstances (order not processed within 2-3 business days), we will issue a refund, however, it will cover only the cost of the shirt(s).

Payment Policy - We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may also send a check or money order. Orders are processed after checks have been cleared.
